As I mentioned, the H20 Ultra Steam Mop has a lot of negative customer reviews. The two most common complaints I seen were people having trouble with the mop pads staying on and also many reports that the steam mop stopped working within short periods of time.

Other complaints I read were the mop pads were flimsy, a lot of water was left on the floor, and that it didn't clean shower doors or carpets like it promised.
